Sue really stressed the importance of having people who are willing to comment on your posts and challenge you as well as for each of us to do the same. She also said it is important for us to respond to comments and acknowledge that our readers have spent time with our work. So I went back through my blog and responded to comments that had already been posted on my blog. I also went through our class blog and picked a few blogs to comment on as well. I enjoyed commenting on my classmates blogs because it also allows me the opportunity to see what others believe in and what they think is important.
Something that also came up in Sue's session was that Weebly's home page is static and it is easier for readers to have blog posts appear on the home page so I also went in and played with the pages and it turns out you can remove the static welcome page and make your blog the first page that people see when they arrive!
